My research advisor is Dean Tullsen. I'm researching runtime parallelization using a dynamic optimization framework and a transactional memory model. I've also worked on thread scheduling on chip multiprocessors with multithreading cores. I spend a great deal of my time working with a variation of the SMT simulator SMTSIM.


In the summer of 2006 I led the Security Architecture Reading Group at UCSD.
